Meet the Presenters
Renaud Perrin is a Senior Formulation Chemist working on Agricultural solutions at Stepan. He holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry and joined Stepan in 2020. He has over 10 years of experience in formulation of agrochemicals in international companies. Today, he is involved in a variety of formulation projects, with a focus on biologicals.

Sarah Wolek is the Technical Director for Agricultural Solutions at Stepan Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and a Master’s degree in Polymer Chemistry. She has over 20 years of research and product development experience and joined Stepan in 2007. Today she leads Agricultural Research and Formulation Development for North America, with a focus on Sustainability, Crop Protection, and Plant Nutrition.
Joao Paulo Vilela Guimaraes is the Global Marketing Manager for Agricultural Solutions at Stepan Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Agronomy and has over 20 years of experience in MKT, Sales&Business focusing on Fertilizers, Agrochemicals and Biologicals in multinationals companies.
Proven expertise in strategic planning, product portfolio management, and business development across major agribusiness markets in Brazil, Latin America, and globally.
