Meet the Presenters
Claire Darré serves as the Global Business Director for Green Solvents and Global Key Account Manager at Syensqo. With over three years of experience in the agrochemical sector, she brings a diverse background in strategy and finance, having previously held key roles across the automotive, food, flavor, and consumer markets at Solvay. She continued her journey with Syensqo after the group’s spin-off in December 2023, contributing to the company’s growth and innovation in sustainable solutions.
Monique Adamy has served as the R&D Formulation Lab Manager for Agricultural Specialties for the last seven years at Solvay, and subsequently at Syensqo following the group’s spin-off in December 2023. She also leads global initiatives in the development of new solvents. With 19 years of experience, Monique has successfully pioneered innovative polymers, surfactant blends, and sustainable solvents across the Home & Personal Care and Agro markets. Holding a Master’s Degree in Chemistry and Physical Chemistry, she brings a wealth of expertise to advancing sustainable chemistry solutions.
